Hatha Yoga
You may hear many names for yoga classes. People give their own interpetation and teach in different traditions or styles of hatha yoga some of these include Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anasura. Bikram Yoga , just to name a few. While we honor those who teach in these traditions we choose to simply refer to our teachings as Hatha Yoga. These classes are open to all levels and offer a mix of styles and levels.
Introduction to Yoga
We offer this ongoing gentle class for those new to yoga. These classes are open to everyone and teach the basics of yoga and asana practice.
Aging into Wellness
Classes designed for helping with the issues of aging for men and women. Offer suggestion to modifying you lifestyle and learn the asana practice to suit the needs of the aging body. A great class for those 40+.
Gentle Beginning Yoga
For those new to yoga and needing a gentle relaxing stress reducing class.
Advanced Studies
We focus on a different practice each week such as :
week 1- building your core, week 2 -Balance, week 3 -Inversions week 4- backbends and week 5 revolving asanas
great for those who want to become teachers or just advancing your personal practice
Hatha Flo
Building strength with a more aerobic type class.
